White Suggar

It is a sugar with a sucrose content exceeding 99.9%, obtained from the natural juice of sugarcane. Its production process includes clarification, evaporation, controlled crystallization, drying, and packaging, ensuring a product with uniform granularity, high whiteness, and physicochemical stability.

It offers excellent solubility, low moisture content, and consistent performance in thermal processes, making it suitable for applications in the food industry, beverages, baking, confectionery, dairy, and food service (HORECA).
